My name is Mr. Mithlesh Kumar, and I am currently a Ph.D. research scholar (Ornithology) at the Department of Zoology, Jay Prakash University, Chapra, Saran, Bihar, India. My academic journey has been marked by a deep commitment to Zoology, culminating in the completion of a Master of Science degree in this subject with a commendable 72.25%. My dissertation focused on the “Common Avian Diversity of Valmiki Tiger Reserve During Summer Season,” a topic that reflects my passion for wildlife conservation and ecological studies. This research not only enhanced my understanding of avian species but also provided me with an opportunity to contribute to scientific knowledge through presentations at international conferences.

With over a decade of teaching experience in Biology, I have had the privilege of preparing students for competitive exams such as NEET, AIPMT, and Olympiads, as well as guiding them through the intricacies of the State Board syllabi. My role as an educator has been both diverse and fulfilling. Currently, I am working as PGT Biology at Emmanuel Mission High School, Haradian More, Siwan, where I am responsible for curriculum planning, academic excellence, and mentoring students.

In the past, I have also worked as PGT Biology at Delhi Public School, Siwan and Imperial Public School, Hathwa, where I continued to nurture young minds with a focus on conceptual clarity and exam-oriented preparation. This role further enriched my teaching methodology and helped me adapt to varied educational environments.

Earlier, I served as the Principal of S.A.R.S. Baghra in Siwan, a leadership position that allowed me to implement innovative educational strategies, promote interdisciplinary learning, and oversee academic programs, staff management, and community engagement.

In addition to my academic and administrative responsibilities, I have ventured into the digital field as a website developer. I possess basic knowledge of web designing and AI tools—skills that are increasingly vital in today’s tech-driven educational environment. These competencies have enabled me to design and maintain educational websites that serve as valuable resources for students and educators alike. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to continuous learning and professional growth. My experiences have enriched my understanding of biological sciences while honing my leadership, project management, and digital literacy skills. I am passionate about inspiring the next generation of scientists and educators, and I believe that my diverse background equips me to contribute meaningfully to any academic or research institution.
